After our call, we audit the current status of your business, brand and you, the business owner. We submit our findings and from there, choose the single problem we will work on for the full 90 days. If it arrives with five branches, we cut it until we have one solvable engagement and one defined win. (You know we love it when you win.)

Next we start changing then foundational and internal processes that are proving to be a hinderance. This may mean operational changes, or positioning. Be prepared to change things that you may have done for years...or may have never done.
Be open to a certain level of discomfort. (It'll be good, we promise.)

We implement. I remain close and together we pressure-test the strategy, correct what market conditions expose, and continue shooting for the goal that we set in our initial conversations. Strategy is a a living breathing "thing," so we will make decisions based on data-driven outcomes and your own discernment as the leader of this venture.
Pay in full: $1,397. Two payments: $721.50 each ($1,443 total). Three payments: $777 to begin, then $333 in Month 2 and $333 in Month 3 ($1,443 total; arranged after your strategy call).
